Typical Setup Time: (Estimate for a 100-person wedding & can vary based on several factors) Tables and Chairs: 1-2 hours Place Settings (tableware, napkins, etc.): 1 hour Decor (centerpieces, linens, etc.): 1-2 hours Florals (arrangements, bouquets, etc.): 1-4 hours Final Touches (lighting, signage, etc.): 30 minutes to 1 hour Total Estimated Setup Time: Approximately 4.5 to 8 hours So what about YOUR wedding?
