If you have a certain vision for what your reception will sound like and how late it will go, make sure you check with your venue and the regulations in that area. 3. False: this is not a requirement (but it should be!) never book a wedding venue without discussing inclement weather plans. If you’re opting for an outdoor ceremony, always hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. Oh, by the way, The Pearl Ranch can be booked for the entire weekend with lodging for up to 26 people, allows for indoor and outdoor celebrations, and we’ll work with you to make your reception plans a reality.
